Group B:External beam radiotherapy+low dose IFN-alpha (3 million unit H qod until 3 months after radiotherapy)+Celecoxib (0.2g BID, po)

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hepatocellular carcinoma comfirmed by pathological examination or diagnosed by the clinical criteria, without lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and tumor thrombus; 2. To be aged 18 to 70 years old; 3. KPS>90; 4. Sign written informed consent regarding treatment; 5. Expected survival time >3 months; 6. Never receive radiotherapy for upper abdomen; 7. Liver function classificaion is Child A or B; Renal function is norma; WBC>2*10^9/L, Hb>90g/L, PLT>100*10^9/L; Prothrombin time(PT) is in the normal range; 8. Multiple tumors should limte to one lobe, and tumor larger than 5cm in diameter should be no more than 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not receive therapy as designed after enrolled, or serious violation of research design; 2. Do not complete radiotherapy as plan (Dose<40Gy); 3. Break off more than 2 weeks during radiotherapy.
