Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with optic nerve injury; 2. To be wounded within three months; 3. Corrected visual acuity 0.05 to =0.8; 4. The eyeball without canalization injury, refraction media transparency; 5. Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnacy or in the feeding period woman; 2. Hypersensitivity for the test drug; 3. Patient with obvious retina vitreous diseases; 4. Patients with optic optic canal fracture or intracranial hemorrhage; 5. Reflect media opacity or lens dislocation; 6. Intraocular pressure =24mmHg or =10mmHg; 7. Patients who treated by internal ophthal operation or leiser operation in last two months; 8. Patients with unnormal liver or kidney function; 9. Patients with severe heart vissual system, liver, kidney or blood system diseases, diabetes, hypertention (blood pressure >=180/110mmHg); 10. Attended other clinical studies in last three months; 11. Patients with severe mental or language disfunction unable to complete the treatment protocol; 12. Patients with other reasons to be considered not suit to attend the study; 13. Used other nerve nutrition drugs; 14. The other eye with visual acuity <0.005.
