Group R:sevoflurane for inhalation and remifentainl iv.at a rate of 0.3ug/kg/min for 10 minutes then 0.2 ug/kg/min to the end of the surgery
Group D:sevoflurane for inhalation and dexmedetomidine iv.at a rate of 2ug/kg/h for 10 minutes then 0.4 ug/kg/h to the end of the surgery

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged 18~65 years; 2. Scheduled for elective gynecologic videolaparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 3. ASA physical status 1-2; 4. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 .Clinically significant cardiovascular, renal, hepatic diseases; 2. With a history of allergy to anesthetics or a family history of anesthetic untoward effect; 3. Body mass index>=30kg/m2; 4. With a history of an upper respiratory tract infection in the preceding 1 week; 5. With a history of psychosis or cerebral palsy or surdimutism; 6. Medicated with antidepressant or antiepileptic drugs in the preceding 3 months; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
