Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. liver cancer Association of anti-cancer association in China in 2001 revised clinical diagnostic criteria of primary liver cancer and clinical staging; 2. Chinese Medical Association Guide advised HBV infection in 2005; 3. Child--Turcotte-Pugh B and C-class; 4. aged 20-80 years old, either sex; 5. preoperative ALT = <200U/L, TBIL = <68umol/l; 6. WBC = <3E +09/L, PLT = <60E + 09/L; 7. intrahepatic tumor number = <5, the maximum diameter =<5cm, without tumor thrombus in portal vein and branches, no extrahepatic tissues and lymph node metastasis; 8. No serious organic disease of other organs; 9. signed informed consent.
