Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obese participants to be deviced to groups depends on with high FFA or without high FFA; 2. BMI >=25; 3. high level FFA concentration higher than normal 2 - 3 folders; 4. To be with IR, or B cells been damaged which identified by hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp technique.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. To be with heart, lung, liver, kidney desfunction; 2. To be with other endocrinology disorders.
