Interventions

case group A:Ambroxol Hydrochloride, 90mg+Ipratropium Bromide,12ml+sterilized water for injection,500ml continuous atomization Inhalation for 48h, then take the measure as control group
case group B:5% of sodium bicarbonate solution, 250ml+ physiological saline solution, 250ml continuous atomization Inhalation for 48h, then take the measure as control group
control group:Ambroxol Hydrochloride,15mg+Ipratropium Bromide, 2ml+sterilized water for injection, 5ml discontinuous atomization Inhalation, six times a day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Abdominal Surgery Patients with Mechanical Ventilation duration more than 24h

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neuromuscular diseases; 2. Patients with heart-lung functions disorders
