Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Closed severe head injury comfirmed by CT and clinical symptoms; 2. Admission within 24 hours after injury; 3. The score of Glasgow Coma Scale on admission is 5 to 8 and continues more than 12 hours; 4. Aged 18 to 60 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of digestive tract, hematological and endocrine diseases; 2. Severe cardiovascular, renal, hepatic and pulmonary dysfuction; 3. Multipal truma; 4. Cancer, pregnancy and malnutrition patients.
