18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Females aged 18 to 50 years old; Married or having sexual history; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. Fungal vaginal secretion smear microscopy is positive or culture confirmed to hyphae-phase Candida; 4. Patients had recurrent VVC, manifested as symptoms and fungal examination is positive for four times a year or more after the first treatment when the clinical symptoms and signs disappeared with negative fungal examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in past 3 months had received systemic antifungal agents or local antifungal treatment in the past two weeks; 2. Received long-term corticosteroids or immunosuppressant; 3. Women who are lactating and pregnant; 4. Patients received radiation therapy, anti-virus, anti-bacterial, or anti-worm treatment within the past two weeks; 5. Patients with onychomycosis or other bacterial infection erysipelas; 6. Patients with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, brain and hematopoietic diseases;suffering from mental illness, cancer, and autoimmune diseases.
