18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Symptomatic persistent AF having received CPVI+linear ablaiton (+other abltion) that had been checked in the first ablation; 3. at least 1 year after RFCA; maintenance of sinus rhythm has been confirmed by 7-day-DCG; 4. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stroke within the previous 3 months or documented intraatrial thrombus; 2. myocardial infarction within the previous 3 months or severe end-stage disease with A life expectancy of 2 years or less; 3. Abnormal liver or renal function; asthma; uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; hyperthyroidism; severe valvular heart disease; Chronic pericarditis; hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
