Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Symptomatic paroxysmal AF, and underwent CPVI procedures which enhanced by ATP-induction and 30min observation; 3. Bidirectional block had been achieved in the initial CPVI procedures; 4. No AF recurrence in the follow-up (at least 1 year after initial CPVI procedure), and confirmed by 7-day-DCG; 5. To be able to and willing to provide the signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Stroke within the previous 3 months or documented intra-atrial thrombus; 2. Myocardial infarction within the previous 3 months or severe end-stage disease with A life expectancy of 2 years or less; 3. A contraindication to ATP or isoprenaline; 4. Abnormal liver or renal function; asthma; uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; hyperthyroidism; severe valvular heart disease; Chronic pericarditis; hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
