60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1-2, good general condition, Hct>0.35, Plt>100g/l with normal function, normal coagulation; With no serious functional organs (heart, liver, lung and kidney) diseases; With no infectious fever or bacteremia; With no hematopoietic system diseases; Voluntary to paticipate and could coordinate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hct <0.35, Plt <50g / l or abnormal function; Coagulopathy; Abnormal platelet depletion disease (eg, splenomegaly); Severe functional organs (heart, liver, lung and kidney) disease; With infection and fever or bacteremia; With hematopoietic system diseases; Not voluntary or refuse to coordinate.
