18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 2. Patients with histologically confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma that receiving radical surgery; 3. newly diagnosed patients without anti-tumor therapy; 4. Child Pugh A or B; 5. Normal hepatic reserve function; 6. normal Fasting blood glucose level and OGTT tests outcomes. Exclude gastric emptying Disease, metabolic-related diseases, etc.; 7. Normal body mass index (19-25kg/m2); 8. WBC>4.0*10^9/L, Plt>100.0*10^9/L, Hb>90g/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Metastasis; 2. Pregnant Woman and women during lactation; 3. Participating in other research projects; 4. Suffering from mental disease or patients with certain diseases affect the ability to understand the research requirements of the patient; 5. Upon inquiry, expressed his unwillingness to cooperate; 6. Received emergency surgery or laparoscopic surgery.
