20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male; 2. 20-55 years old; 3. Heroin dependence as assessed by DSM-IV; 4. Detoxified for 7 days; 5. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Schizophrenia, psychosis or organic mental disorder by DSM-IV criteria; 2. Substance dependence other than heroin; 3. Heart, liver, kidney, and other major organ dysfunction; 4. Hematopoietic and endocrine system diseases; 5. The score of Athens Insomnia Scale<4; 6. Unable or unwilling to perform treatment following the research schedule; 7. Any other unsuitable reasons for the trial.
