Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18 to 65 years old; 2. Meeting the ICD-10 criteria for major depression; 3. All subjects signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Other significant psychiatric or neurological disorders such as epilepsy, mental retardation, personality disorder, and alcohol or substance abuse within one year of the study; 3. Other cerebral organic diseases
