Perioperative Analgesia in Endoscopic Surgery

Interventions

1:selective inhibitor of cyclooxygenase 2

2:Celecoxib 200mg was taken orally one hour before anesthesia induction, followed by celecoxib 200mg bid for 4 days postoperatively

3:Celecoxib 400mg was taken orally one hour before anesthesia induction, followed by celecoxib 200mg bid for 4 days postoperatively

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II undergoing endoscopic nasal surgery for sinusitis and/or nasal septum deviation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. use of any analgesic medication within 12 h before the operation; 2. pregnancy or breast-feeding; 3. allergyic to NSAIDs; 4. suffering from asthma, clinically significant renal, hepatic, or gastrointestinal disease.
