12 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65, male or female; 2. Meet with the diagnostic standard of chronic hepatitis C; 3. Sign the informed consent 4. HCV-RNA (+); 5. Without contradiction of interferon and Ribavirin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicaed with other hepadnavirus and HIV; 2. With chronic severe hepatitis, decompensated hepatic cirrhosis and liver cancer; 3. Complicated with severe primary diseases of heart, kidney, lung, endocrine system , liver, hematological system, metabolism and gastrointestinal tract, or mental disorder; 4. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 5. Patients with poor compliance.
