Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In-patients diagnosed as acute-on-chronic liver failure or chronic liver failure based on hepatitis B or hepatitis B cirrhosis; 2. Patients with hepatitis B or hepatitis B cirrhosis infected by HAV, HCV or HDV; 3. Voluntarily participate this trial and sign the Inform consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe acute or subacute liver failure caused by hepatitis; 2. Chronic severe hepatitis caused by drug, alcohol or autoimmune factor; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with primary liver cancer; 5. Patients with severe systemic disease or psychiatric disease; 6. Patients with HIV infection; 7. Patients who involved in other clinical trial in last 3 months; 8. Patients with poor cooperation; 9. Patients are combined with following disease when recruiting: brain edema, severe infection (including infectious shock, deep fungal infection, multiple-site infection or superinfection), Type I liver-kidney syndrome or massive gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
