group 1:Bleaching agent A, gel, 15mg, on the 1st day, the bleaching gel will be put onto the surfaces of the samples 15 minutes at the room temperature, then wash way the gel. Repeat this procedure 3
group 2:Bleaching agent B, gel, 15mg, on the 1st day, the bleaching gel will be put onto the surfaces of the samples 15 minutes at the room temperature, then wash way the gel. Repeat this procedure 3
group 3:control group,there is no gel on the surfaces of samples.the samples will be stored in distilled water renewed every day for 14 days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 30 years old; 2. Normal saliva flow; 3. Absence of dental caries and/or periodontal disease; 4. Willing to perform bleaching treatment following the research schedule

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Use of orthodontic appliances; 2.Presence of fixed or removable denture; 3.Smokers; 4.Dentine sensitivity.
