18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. Have a history of NYHA Class II-IV CHF of any etiology, with objective evidence for heart dysfunction incl ECHO, BNP, etc.; 4. Be admitted to the hospital within 1 day and presented with at least two of the following upon admission: a) Jugular venous distension (JVD); b) Sacral or pedal pitting edema; c) Dyspnea; d) Documented weight gain(A previous weight must be documented

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have any other concomitant life-threatening disease,estimated survival less than 1 year; 2. Have not possibilility for follow up (resident outside in Shanghai); 3. Cannot cooperate due to dementia or other reasons; 4. Within another study; 5. Waiting for invasive interventions.
