18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Early stage NSCLC and no metastasis of hilum of lung and mediastinum lymph nodes (short diameter <=1 cm) on computed tomography (CT) scan; 2. No medical contraindications to lung resection; 3. To be aged 18 to 75 years old; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Evidence of invasion into neighboring organs; 2. Extensive pleura adhesion; 3. Central lesion; 4. Not suitable for single-lung ventilation; 5. Had history of thoracotomy and radiation for thoracic region ; 6. Pregnancy or lactation female patients; 7. Cannot sign the informed consent form because of psychological, family and society factors; 8. Had history of other malignant tumors within 5 years except for non-melanoma cutaneous cancer, uterine cervix cancer in situ and curative early-stage carcinoma of prostate; 9. Participants can not accept operation for other uncontrolled fators.
