Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Eyes requiring glaucoma drainage device who had either uncontrolled glaucoma despite previous trabeculectomy with adjunctive antimetabolite; secondary glaucomas where routine trabeculectomy, with or without adjunctive antimetabolites, is unlikely to be successful, for example, active neovascular glaucoma, aniridia and glaucoma following traumatic anterior segment disruption; 2. Patient able and willing to give informed consent to participation in this study, and to glaucoma drainage device implantation.
