Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The eligible patient must meet the following inclusion criteria and must not meet the following exclusion criteria. Inclusion criteria: 1. undergoing any type of neurosurgery; 2. receiving 1st neurosurgery since admission; 3. Within 3 days of post-operation; 4. Glasgow Coma Scale: 15 years old; At least 18 years of age and Chinese; Speaking Cantonese or Mandarin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. History of anxiety disorder; 2. Bilateral Deafness; 3. Glasgow Coma Scale < 15; 4. Systolic blood pressure < 80 mmHg; 5. Diastolic blood pressure < 50 mmHg
