Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. Patients currently treated with oral corticosteroids and immunosuppressant; 4. Stage 1 to 2 CKD patients due to primary glomerular diseases; 5. Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate >=60ml/min/1.73m2; 6. Urinary protein excretion>=2g/24h; 7. ACEIs and/or ARBs were given to all the patients during the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pateints who are sensitive to corticosteroids treatments: urinary protein excretion negative after corticosteroids treatments within 4 weeks; 2. Pateints with secondary glomerular diseases; 3. Pateints with acute or chronic infections; 4. Emergent stress state,myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, etc; 5. BMI>=28 kg/m2 or BMI<=14 kg/m2. 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
