Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All having the following items be included in this study: 1. According with the former diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis in western medicine and combined with knee arthrocele; 2. Negative floating patella test; 3. Integral value of the clinical symptom score>=5; 4. Age 38 to 70 years old, both male and female; 5. Patients are willing to accept the treatment methods of this topic provided; 6. Knee region (yinlingquan-yanglingquan-liangqiu-xuehai composing of the region) appear heat-sensitive point.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With one of the following items should not be included in this study; 1. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 2. Complicated with serious life-threatening disease, such as disease of the heart and brain blood vessels, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and psychotic patients; 3. In critical condition, it is difficult to make an accurate evaluation for the efficacy and safety of the treatment; 4. Cannot determine the effectiveness of treatment or have incomplete data because of the failing to accept or complete treatment as required for some reasons; 5. Patients with acute knee joint trauma and local skin ulceration; 6. Complicated with serious genu varus or valgue and knee flexion conttration.
