Age

17 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18 to 74 years old; 2. Able and willing to sign informed consent; 3. Never used dopamine agonists or just used for less than 1 month; 4. Having indications to receive transsphenoidal surgery; 5. Have not receive pituitary surgery before; 6. Well-defined pseudocapsules are found at surgery; 7. No severe diseases that affected the surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No evident pseudocapsules are found at surgery; 2. No pituitary adenoma is diagnosed in postoperative pathological examination.
