16 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males or females of 16~70 years old; 2. Be diagnosted as temporomandibular disorders (osteoarthritis type) both clinically and radiographically; 3. The participants who consent to participant in.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. No sign of osteoarthritis of the temporomandibular joint, or with the muscular disorders of TMJ; 2. Allergic to serval drugs or have some allergic diseases; 3. Get other treatment for the disease or take similar drugs within 4 weeks; 4. Participanted in other clinical trials within 3 months; 5. With psychological diseases or could not cooperate; 6. Have severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and blood system or have infection in the temporomandibular joint area.
