Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are entirely voluntary, good compliance, sign the informed consent form; 2. Diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma by pathology; 3. ECOG score of physical state =3 months; 7. Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) classification: stage 0, A or B; 8. No extrahepatic metastasis or vascular invasion; 9. Leucocyte counts >=3*10^9/L, platelet counts >50*10^9/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic reactions to biological agents, hypersensitiveness; 2. Pregnancy and breast-feeding women; 3. Patients receiving the targeted drug therapy, such as Sorafenib, Sutent; 4. Patients with recurrence after resection; 5. The initial skin test-positive patients for metuximab antibody; 6. Patients with hypothyroidism.
