Group A:tropisetron 5mg and dexamethasone 8mg injection before surgery

Group B:tropisetron 5mg injection before surgery

Group C:dexamethasone 8mg injection before surgery

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thyroidectomy patients with normal function of liver, kidney, heart, and lung; 2. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant disease or highly suspicion for malignancy; 2. Severe psychiatric or neurological disease; 3. Previous history of thyroid or neck surgery; 4. Participation in another intervention-trial; 5. Pregnancy.
