Pain during orthodontic treatment

Group A:(cognitive behavioral therapy): Each patient was received cognitive behavioral therapy include cognitive restructuring and relaxation training. Then patients were required to finish the State
Group B:(analgesic drug): Each patient was given 100mg ibuprofen sustained release capsules, and was required to finish the State Anxiety Inventory(S-AI), containing visual analog scale(VAS).
Group C:(blank control group): Patients were required to finish the State Anxiety Inventory(S-AI), containing visual analog scale (VAS) without special intervention.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients with pain during orthodontic treatments.(age>=10), who can understand and complete the test; 2. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous orthodontic treatments; 2. Experience of tooth ache recently; 3. Combined with infectious diseases and/or systematic diseases; 4. Patients who have taken analgesics in the last 3 days before the orthodontic treatments; 5. the T-AI result: male >=53, female>=55.
