Group A:ultrasound guided posterior lumbar plexus block and sub-greater trochanter approach under prone position
Group B:ultrasound guided posterior lumbar plexus block and subgluteal sciatic nerve block under lateral decubitus position
Group C:ultrasound guided posterior lumbar plexus block and sub-greater trochanter approach under lateral decubitus position
Group D:ultrasound guided posterior lumbar plexus block and subgluteal sciatic nerve block under prone position

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 to 75 years old; 2. Elective unilateral lower limb surgery; 3. ASA Physical Status ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 75 year old; 2. ASA Physical Status >ASA III; 3. Abnormal blood coagulation; 4. Infection near puncture place; 5. Nerve injury; 6. Bilateral lower limb surgery; 7. Patients with lumbar vertebral trauma; 8. Inability to be properly positioned; 9. Chronic narcotic therapy or illicit drug use.
