Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The included family should have at least one patient with hypertension. The patient can be diagnosed as hypertension when the systolic pressure is higher than 140mmHg or the diastolic pressure is higher than 90mmHg. The diagnosis of stroke, TIA and coronary heart disease should be made by the hospital of the county or the higher level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient with liver or kedney disease should be excluded.
