Group A:YunChang Collocystis two pills (0.35g/pill) and YunChang Collocystis imitation, one pill, three times a day
Group B:YunChang Collocystis, as a dose of three pills(0.35g/pill), three times a day
Group C:placebo, three pills (0.35g/pill), three times a day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–65years; 2. Presenting with functional constipation, defined in accordance with the Rome diagnostic criteria II; 3. All subjects gave written informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Organic disorders of the digestive tract; 2. Anorectal lesions; abnormality at barium enema or colonoscopy; 3. Abnormal laboratory tests (routine laboratory examinations); 4. Inflammatory bowel disease; 5. Pregnant women or women in lactation ; 6. Use of drugs to treat functional constipation in recently two weeks; 7. Allergy or allergy to the drug; 8. Fecal occult blood positive ; 9. Metabolic neurological, and psychiatric illnesses.
