Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy; No case history of psychoneural system; No physical and mental symptom in the near future of experiment, such as pain or depression and so on; 2. Between the age from 40 to 70 years old; 3. Right handedness; 4. Parkinson's disease was diagnosed; 5. The subjects who have already signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No serious visual disorder and hearing disturbance; 2. History of metal in the body or operation; 3. The women who were in the process of menses or pregnancy; 4. History of serious primary diseases of hepatic, renal, hematopoietic and endocrine system, or psychosis, diabetes mellitus, or having taken excessive alcohol or abused medicines; or malignant tumor; 5. History of having taken sedative within one week before experiment.
