Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) stages III and IV melanoma patients with nonresectable disease; 2. the liver, kidney function entire are normal; 3. Karnovsky performance status of >=60%; 4. survival time >=3months; 5. treatment distance time >=4 months; 6. After the completion of vaccine treatments, patients were evaluated by history and physical examination at the Thomas efferson university Hospital every 2 months in years 1 and 2, every 3 months in year 3, and every 6 months in years 4 and 5. No patients were lost during the 5-year follow-up period; 7. Verify entry date to date informed consent document signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy less than 3 months; 2. Renal failure with creatinine >1.8mg/dl or patient dojng peritoneal dyalises or hemodyalisis; 3. Patients who have previous cancer treatments; 4. Uncontrolled heart failure/infection; 5. Previous diagnosis of anterior decendent artery or cincurnflex occlusion; 6. cause the person's severe allergy.
