18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 55 years old, male or female; 2. Diagnosis is based on the DSM-IV - opioid dependence diagnostic criteria; 3. After 10-day acute detoxification; 4. Nomal physical and lab examination; 5. Negative urinary test for morphine; 6. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to medicine (including scopolamine,chlorpromazine and methadone); 2. Serious nervous diseases and mental disorders; 3. Poly-drug abuse ( more than 1 time per month); 4. Currently participating in other clinical trials; 5. Poor compliance, can not be in line with the interview.
