Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All practicing doctors in the township health centers in Gansu province.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Doctors who do not own a mobile phone, or whose mobile phone can not receive short messages; 2. Doctors who enter the selected cluster unit after the recruitment of subjects.
