Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18 to 55 years old; 2. Hematological malignancies indicating for allogeneic transplantation, with identical sibling as donor, with indication for the previous modified BUCY conditioning; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients whose organ function can not tolerate the myeloablative transplantation.
