Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis standard of both MS and IGR; 2. Meet the Bianzhen-lunzhi diagnosis standard of traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Age 18-70 years old; 4. SP<180 mmHg, DP<100mmHg; 5. Signed the consensus form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. T1DM or FPG>13mmol/L; 2. With history of myocardial infarction; 3. Allergy to medicine; 4. Pregnant and breast-feeding woman; 5. Psychopathy and complier discordance.
