35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as T2DM; 2. Male and female aged 35 to 80 years old; 3. Ischemic symptoms at lower extremity; 4. The supine TcPO2<40mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking anti-platelet and anticoagulant drugs in 2 weeks before the trial; 2. Lower extremity edema; 3. Hemodynamic instability; 4. Hemorrhagic disease or hemorrhagic tendency; 5. Pregnant or lactating woman; 6. Heart failure or liver failure; 7. Received a surgery in a month before the trial; 8. Be allergy to aspirin or cilostazol.
