B:Sterile water for injection 5ml, inhalation, q12h, for 7 days
A:Heparin 50000IU/5ml inhalation, q12h, for 7 days

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute episode; 2. X-ray showed the infiltration; 3. PaO2/FiO2)<=40kPa(300mmHg); 4. Pulmonay Wedge Pressure<=2.4kPa(18mmHg) or without clinical evidence of increased left atrial pressure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of ALI was confirmed after 48 hours; 2. Hypoxemia caused by congestive heart failure, pulmonary embolism, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthmas and et al; 3. Systemic coagulation dysfunction: blood purification therapy, pneumorrhagia, active bleeding diseases in the past 3 months and thrombocytopenia caused by heparin allergy; 4. Ecpected survival time<96 hours; 5. Pregnancy.
