18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Left hepatic calculus.; 2. Aged =65; 3. Child-Pugh score is Child A or B.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart, lung and kidney insufficiency; 2. laparoscopic hepatectomy turned to open left hepatectomy during operation; 3. patients with unsatisfied compliance.

Remains and relapse of hepatic calculus, quality of life.;Direct cost (cost of operation and diagnosis and treatment) and indirect cost (cost of management et at);Length of incision, operation length, Time of anatomy of porta hepatis, length of anesthesia, bleeding;Time of passage of gas by anus and taking food, pain (Visual Analog Scale and amont of analgesics),;Level of blood corticosteroid, blood suger, C-reaction protein, tumor necrosis factor, IL-6, NO, Reaction;
