Group A:Esmolol was given via peripheral vein by continuous application (0.05mg/kg/min after intubation, 0.3 mg/kg/min during the extracorporeal circuit and 0.03-0.05mg/kg/min after weaning from bypas

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children undergoing primary ventricular septal defect repair; 2. Aged 2 to 72 months old; 3. Weight less than 25kg; 4. Signed informed consent/assent of subject, parent(s) or legal guardian as appropriate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. No other cardiac malformations except ventricular septal defect; 2. No serious complications.
