Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. simple obesity patients of BMI>=28kg/m2; 2. failed on diet,exercise and medication many times

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: endocrine obesity; taking weight-reducing aid in recent 3 months;a history of neoplasia; pregnancy (also potentially); surgery of the stomach or gastrointestinal diseases; patients with previous botulism, neurological or neuromuscular diseases; severe psychiatric illnesses (including psychotic disorders, current mood and anxiety disorders, bulimia, alcohol or substance abuse or dependence; heavy binge-eating disorder.
