Group A:Additional to the basal chemotherapy, Zoledronic Acid 4mg/time, intravenous drip, 3~4 weeks once, after three times changed to three months once, total six times
Group B:Basal chemotherapy same as group A without Zoledronic Acid

18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Original breast cancer at II and III stages, with evidence of lymph node metastasis, no local or distance metastasis, to be resected the original cancer; 2. aged 18 yrs to 70 yrs female; 3. to be good body condition, BCOG 0 or 1 score; 4. to be received or is receiving combination chemotherapy and/or combination endocrinology therapy or radiotherapy; 5. to be received or is receiving surgery combined with new chemotherapy and/or new endocrinology therapy or radiotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. metastasis or recurrence breast cancer; 2. to be received organ transplantation include auto marrow self transplantation and periphery steam cell transplantation; 3. to be received long term system steroid treatment; 4. in past five years suffered other tumours, except cervix original cancer or cured skin basal cell carcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma; 5. to be suffered other non vicious system diseases will impact the long term follow-up; 6. to be attending other study; 7. pregnancy or breeding woman.
