18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. to be the T2DM; 2. to be treated without insulin, not changed for over 1 month; 3. to be fatty liver according to ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. alcohol intake>140g per week for male, >70g per week for female; 2. with other deseases resulting in fatty liver, such as virus hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, total parenteral alimentation and Wilson's disease; 3. treament of weight-reducing drug, antioxidant and hepatinica in the past 1 month; 4. kidney dysfunction; 5. coronary artery disease, acute or chronic heart dysfunction; 6. pregnant or lactation women; 7. acute infectious diseases, operation or under other stress condition.
