Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) MMSE =9 and =24. (b) Knowledge of mahjong game.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) Medical or physical contraindication to exercise and to play mahjong. (b) No involvement in mahjong or regular physical exercise in the past three months.
