Group A:diprophylline 200mg + terbutanline 2.5 mg three times per day
Group B:diprophylline 200mg three times per day + terbutanline 2.5 mg three times per day + budesonide 200 mg twice a day
Group C:those unresponse to diprophylline and terbutanline inhale budesonide 200 mg twice a day

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. To be with cough that was either non-productive or produced small amounts (80% of predicted.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Combined with other causes of chronic cough; congestive heart-failure, arrhythmia and uncontrolled or beta-receptor blocker taken hypertension; infection; uncontrolled and unstable diabetes or hyperthyroidism; Contra-indication to the use of an antihistamine decongestant or corticosteroid; the patient had no history of upper respiratory tract infection in the previous 2 months; the patient used angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor during the previous 3 months; who is exposuring to environmental irritants or occupational pollutants; who with wheeze, haemoptysis, fever, dyspnoea or adventitious lung sounds on physical examination.
