Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. Dignosed chronic periodontitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients who have uncontrolled systematic diseases; 3. Unable to control oral hygiene; 4. Somking more than 10 cigarettes a day.
