Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: T1: Tumor limited to the vocal cord (s) (may involve anterior or posterior commissure) with normal mobility

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. T2, T3, T3 glottic cancer; 2. supraglottic or subglottic cancer; 3. patients refused to participate; 4. patients that can't guarantee to follow up
