Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Han nationality in Taiyuan citezen who are living in Taiyuan City at least five years; 2. Not involved in other clinical studies; 3. Good active and memory capability; 4. Self management of life.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Used antibiotics for more than 3 days in last 3 months; 2. heavy drinking: 5 times or more in a week, and each time drinking more than 100g distillate spirit or 250g yellow wine or 5 bottles of beer; 3. Pregnant or lactated women; 4. Patients have severe psychiatric disease in last 6 months; 5. patients took drugs for at least 1 month to treat any chronic disease in last 6 months; 6. Patients received pharmacotherapy in last 3 months for following diseases: cholecystitis, GI ulcers, urinary tract infection, acute pyelonephritis, cystitis, dysthyroidism; 7. patients underwent GI operation except for appendicitis and hernia surgery; 8. Patients with chronic or persistent hepatitis and hepatic sclerosis or whose HBsAg is positive and liver function was not normal ( AST and ALT level was higher than 2.5 times than normal maximum value; 9. Patients with diagnosed diabetes; 10. Patients with acute or chronic renal dysfunction; 11. Patients with pituitary dysfunction; 12. Patients with severe disease such as tumor/cancer, CHD and stroke; 13. Patients with contagious disease such as TB and AIDS; 14. Patients who can not ambulate or answer questions for extremity disability or other causes; 15. Anemia (Hemoglobin<10g/dl); 16. Reduced weight by taking any drugs or operation in last 3 months.
